An integrated corporate playout infrastructure with Samsung displays
Samsung makes its professional displays with its own operating system, Tizen, and offers MagicINFO and the cloud-based VXT software for content management. We install our Turkish-developed software SSCSign on these displays. Content operations are run by our team in the cloud or on your organization's own server; with this setup, no MagicINFO license is needed. If you prefer to continue with your existing MagicINFO infrastructure, we also offer installation and service only.
The Samsung product groups we install include 4K branch and office displays that run all day, such as the QM and QB series, narrow-bezel VM series video wall panels and OH series high-brightness outdoor displays. The range also includes high-brightness models for shop windows, Flip touchscreens for meeting rooms, and large-format image solutions such as indoor LED and The Wall. Since the manufacturer updates series names from time to time, the most suitable current model for your project is determined together during the site survey.

How does SSCSign work on a Samsung Tizen display?
The SSCSign Tizen app is installed directly on the display. When the display turns on, the app starts automatically, gets the playout plan from the server and plays the content. This means no separate player box or extra cabling is needed.
Can we use SSCSign instead of MagicINFO?
Yes. SSCSign brings playout scheduling, layout design, device management and reporting together in a single piece of software, running in the cloud or on your organization's own server. Our team takes on content operations through this software; on request, we also give user permissions to your own team and provide training. If you'd like to continue with MagicINFO, we also offer installation and service only.
Which Samsung series is right for us?
The choice depends on your space: 4K series that run all day stand out for branch interiors, high-brightness models for behind glass, and video wall or LED solutions for large images. During the site survey, we assess viewing distance and ambient light and recommend the most suitable option.
If we buy the display ourselves, will you install it?
Yes. We mount displays you supply yourself, complete the SSCSign installation and take on service responsibility. Whether the model works with one of the supported operating systems is checked during the site survey.
Can we buy the display from you?
Yes. In turnkey projects, we supply displays from the series that suits your needs and present them together with installation and software services as a single, integrated proposal.
How is the warranty handled?
The hardware is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, while installation, software and on-site service management come from a single source. In the event of a fault, all coordination and manufacturer service processes are handled by us.
