Privacy & KVKK Notice

This notice has been prepared under Article 10 of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the "Law") to inform people who visit sscteknoloji.com and fill in the forms on the site. Our data processing activities relating to customers, suppliers, visitors and job applicants are described in the General Privacy Notice.

2. What data we process

• Identity and contact: The full name, company name, phone number and email address you enter in the quote or contact form.
• Request information: The solution you are interested in, the number of displays, the city and what you write in your message. We ask you not to write more personal data in the message field than your request requires, and in particular no special categories of data such as health information.
• WhatsApp messages: If you write to us via the WhatsApp link on the site, your phone number, your name as shown on WhatsApp and the content of the conversation.
• Ad source: If you came to the site from an ad, the campaign information in the link (gclid, utm tags) reaches us together with the form. This information is stored in your browser only if you have consented to cookies.
• Transaction security: Server logs such as IP address, date and time, pages visited and browser information.
• Cookie data: Ad measurement cookies, to the extent you consent. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

3. For what purpose and on what legal basis

• To respond to your quote request and run the site survey and proposal process: Being directly related to the establishment of a contract (Law Art. 5/2-c); if you fill in the form on behalf of an organization, SSC's legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
• To contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp and follow up on your request: Establishment of a contract (Art. 5/2-c) and SSC's legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
• To keep the site secure, prevent misuse and keep server logs: Our legal obligation regarding data security (Art. 5/2-ç; Law Art. 12) and legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
• To keep visit statistics with a measurement tool that does not use cookies (Ahrefs Web Analytics): Legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
• To measure the results of our advertising: Your explicit consent (Art. 5/1). You give your consent in the cookie window and can withdraw it at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the site. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out up to that date.
• To exercise our rights in legal disputes and respond to requests from authorities: Establishment, exercise or protection of a right (Art. 5/2-e) and legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç).

Data is collected electronically, by fully or partly automated means, when you submit the form, write to us on WhatsApp and browse the site.

4. Who we transfer data to

• Service providers: The hosting provider in Türkiye where the site is hosted, and our email service (Microsoft) to which form notifications are delivered.
• Google: If you have consented to cookies, ad measurement data via Google Tag Manager and Google Ads.
• Ahrefs Pte. Ltd. (Singapore): Visit statistics. According to the provider, this measurement does not use cookies.
• WhatsApp (Meta): If you choose to write via WhatsApp, the conversation runs on WhatsApp's infrastructure. How WhatsApp processes your data is subject to the WhatsApp terms and privacy policy you accepted for your own account.
• Authorized public institutions and bodies: When required by law, limited to the scope requested.

Since Microsoft, Google and Ahrefs are based abroad, your data processed in these services is transferred abroad. These transfers are based on standard contracts signed with the providers and notified to the Personal Data Protection Authority (Law Art. 9/4-c).

Since the WhatsApp service is provided by Meta, which is based abroad, your data in this channel is also processed abroad. This channel is optional; if you don't want to use WhatsApp, you can reach us by phone, email or the quote form.

5. How long we keep data

Form information is kept until your request is concluded and throughout any business relationship, and thereafter for the retention and limitation periods set by the relevant legislation. Server logs are kept for as long as the security purpose requires. When the period expires, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized in the first periodic disposal.

6. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law, by applying to SSC you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• request information about it if it has been processed,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
• know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data has been transferred,
• request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• request deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions in Article 7 of the Law,
• request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
• object to a result to your detriment arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

7. Application

You can submit your requests, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, with a wet-signed petition to Kazlıçeşme Mah. 245. Sk. No: 5, 34020 Zeytinburnu / Istanbul in person, through a notary public or by registered mail with return receipt; or signed with a secure electronic signature or mobile signature, or from the email address you previously notified to us and that is registered in our system, to info@sscteknoloji.com.

We will conclude your application as soon as possible depending on the nature of the request, and within thirty days at the latest (Law Art. 13). Applications are free of charge; however, if the written response exceeds ten pages, a fee of 1 Turkish lira may be charged for each page above ten, and if the response is provided on a recording medium, a fee not exceeding the cost of the medium may be charged. If your application is rejected, the response is found insufficient or no response is given in time, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board under Article 14 of the Law.
